update after one sem

Ok so yet another sem has passed. 4 modules and 1 elective this sem are definitely not easy to cope with. I didn't even any committments this semester. Stepped down from uoc and although I am in WSC, it's obvious that I'm not really committed to it other than going for the weekly sign language lessons (which I ponned one time because of projects). Nevertheless, I'm still glad that I passed my sign language test (make that a REtest, because i FAILED the first time). I am really hoping for the best on 18th Jan, just praying hard that my GPA doesn't drop, or even better, just let me rise a bit to 4.5? (fingers crossed). Frankly speaking, it doesn't matter if you get 4.01 or 4.49, because ultimately, it's still a second upper, BUT the effort you need to put in for a 4.01 and 4.49 is so different! PRAYS HARDS that I can get my 4.5.

Been going out for the past few days, and I'm seriously broke. Went shopping for gift exchange stuff with Angeline and Sm on Thurs, and before that, I went to eat dinner alone after work. It was nice to sit and chill with a book on hand. Friday's Christmas eve was spent with M group. Went shopping with Clem and Jh at Giant to buy all the Christmas food! Clem was sad that there was no turkey and so we had to settle for 4 chickens instead. Wanted to buy beer, but 0ver budget sighhh (though someone bought vodka in the end hahah). Bought a totally cui to the max present for the gift exchange, cos we were in a rush for time. Chocolates, what else. Clem was totally against the chocolates, but Jh and I persuaded him to buy (hello, NO TIME). In the end, all 3 of us bought chocs. Guess what, in the end, Clem got MY chocs as his present in the gift exchange. Talk about irony hahaha! Couldn't stop laughing at him! Photos will be up on fb soon I guess, and there's tons of unglam photos with me laughing my head off and Clem's 0.0 face having received the chocs. Tonight will be spending Christmas with 07! It's been a long time since I saw them. One sem? I think I always disappear when school starts. :X Don't worry, it's not chocs for 07 gift exchange.

Ok and... I need to start exercising. Was very motivated after my exams ended, determined to lose all the flab. Went swimming on Monday, running on Tuesday, and swimming again on Wednesday. But Thursday, Friday and now, Saturday spent on going out and eating non-stop. Shit ttm. Should get some workout before work starts on Monday. Yes, working for Popular again for a one week bookfair. Pay is still as sucky as ever, but I think anything's better than slacking at home since I can't find a job anyway given my erratic schedule (because of wsc song sign and my water rafting trip to msia-I'm damn excited by that :D)

On a side note, I don't understand why some people like to sweet talk that much. Hello, I'm not easily swayed by such nonsense, and it irritates the hell out of me. I'm now quite pissed by people randomly talking cock.
